Toyota promotes Kentucky flex line architect to Japan

Toyota promoted Stephen Brennan, the architect of its novel flex line in Kentucky, to chief production leader of the advanced technology area in Japan. The move shuffles manufacturing executives and brings the creator of the flexible assembly line to the automaker's headquarters.
