JDK 27 Enters Rampdown Phase One

JDK 27 has entered Rampdown Phase One, with the main-line source repository forked. JEP 538, PEM Encodings of Cryptographic Objects (Third Preview), was elevated to Targeted for JDK 27. The JDK 28 Expert Group has formed. The roundup also covers GlassFish, Infinispan, Kotlin, Micronaut, and Open Liberty releases.
