Certinia Acquires Moonnox for AI Context

Certinia Inc. acquired Moonnox in July to enhance its Veda AI suite with unstructured data capabilities. The deal adds knowledge graphs and services-specific agents to the platform, which previously launched in April with 10 package agents. Certinia now aims to finish the year with more than 40 package agents integrated into professional services workflows.
