UK workers lead in 'always-on' culture

92% of UK workers struggle to mentally switch off outside of work, according to the Always-On Workforce Report 2026 by MyPerfectCV. Only 1% never check emails or perform work tasks out of hours. The survey of 1,500 professionals found workers remain connected even when sick.
