Janus Electric converts five-year-old diesels to electric propulsion at about a quarter of new truck cost. Battery-as-a-Service swap takes four minutes, uses 300A at 240V without grid upgrades, and produces lighter trucks. Janus plans 50 kits monthly from 30 trucks.
