Alibaba Launches QwenGyre RL Framework

Alibaba's Qwen team introduces QwenGyre, an elastic reinforcement learning framework for extreme-long-horizon agent training. The system moves idle GPUs between rollout and training while processing close to 1M tokens on the Qwen 3.8 2.4T model.
