Quantum Space goes public at $1.2bn with former NASA chief

Quantum Space, led by former NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine, is going public via a merger with Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VI at a $1.2bn valuation. The deal includes a $300mn private investment and lists on Nasdaq under "QSPC". The company builds the Ranger spacecraft platform for multi-orbit operations.
