Ericsson Merges Asian Units in 2027

Ericsson announced a group structure change effective 1 January 2027, merging North East Asia, South East Asia, Oceania and India into a single Market Area Asia-Pacific. CEO Per Narvinger stated the move helps compete with Elon Musk's Starlink. Three executive team members transition from current positions on 31 December.
