Sightera raises €3M for reverse AI drug discovery

Sightera Biosciences raised €3 million in pre-seed funding led by Entourage, Anacura, and QBIC. The Antwerp-based company reverses typical AI drug discovery by starting with treatment-resistant patient tissue, growing organoids, and running drug screens before designing molecules. The funding advances lead program SIGHT001 toward preclinical candidate selection.
