Maybach Helped Build First Gas-Powered Motorcycle

Wilhelm Maybach and Gottlieb Daimler built the Reitwagen in 1885, the first motorcycle, capable of about 7.5 mph. Maybach later invented the honeycomb radiator and the 1900 Mercedes 35 PS, the first modern automobile.
