Delhi HC Calls Instagram Remix Copyright Tool

Delhi High Court Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani told Meta on September 29 that Instagram's Remix feature is a tool for copyright violation, during a suit by Drishti IAS founder Vikas Divyakirti over fake profiles, deepfakes and edited lecture clips. The court ordered removal of three content categories but held back captioned clips, citing possible fair dealing.
