Linux 7.2 Enables ESWIN SoC Support By Default

Linux 7.2 will enable ESWIN SoC support by default for RISC-V kernel builds. The change makes the ESWIN SoC driver active in standard kernel configurations. This move expands hardware compatibility for RISC-V systems out of the box.
