New iPad Mini to feature OLED display and A19 chip

A new iPad mini is rumored to launch later this year with an OLED display replacing its current LCD. The upgrade addresses jelly scrolling issues and may feature an A19 chip. The base iPad is also expected to launch with an A18 chip and Apple Intelligence for the first time. Most other features of the new iPad are expected to remain unchanged.
