Wicklow's Druid Software acquires German company Node-H

Wicklow's Druid Software acquired Munich-based Node-H, a provider of RAN software and User Equipment technologies. The deal adds Node-H's software engineers, IP, and RAN expertise to Druid. Druid raised $20m last year for expansion into defence, shipping, and utilities.
