Crypto exchange BitMEX removes CEO, CFO and head of growth

BitMEX removed CEO Stephan Lutz, CFO Ina Steiner, and chief growth officer Raphael Polansky. Former global general counsel and COO Peter Wilkinson took over as CEO. The troubled cryptocurrency exchange, co-founded in 2014 by Arthur Hayes, Ben Delo, and Samuel Reed, has reportedly been looking for a buyer.
