Indian gaming startup ARC raised ₹10.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Chimaera VC and MIXI Global Investments. The Bengaluru-based company will use the capital to develop its first portable gaming console, the ARC X1, which runs its proprietary OWL OS on an ARM-based Qualcomm processor.
