Qilin and INC Exploit Palo Alto Flaw

Palo Alto Networks disclosed that Qilin and INC ransomware groups exploit CVE-2026-0257 to bypass multi-factor authentication. The flaw was patched in May 2026 and added to the CSIA KEV catalog on May 13, 2026. Attacks targeted sectors including education, financial services, healthcare, and government.
