Morgan Stanley drops stark warning about Warsh's Fed

Morgan Stanley warned that Kevin Warsh's debut as Federal Reserve Chair will bring a leaner, quieter central bank. The bank expects a sharp tone change from Jerome Powell at the June 17 FOMC press conference. Warsh has been highly critical of forward guidance and economic forecasting tools.
