Microsoft: Workers interrupted every two minutes

Microsoft's June 2025 WorkLab report found the average worker faces 275 daily interruptions from meetings, emails, or chats, roughly one every two minutes during an eight-hour workday. Meetings after 8 p.m. rose 16 percent year over year, and 29 percent of active workers were back in their inboxes by 10 p.m.
