AI robotics firm Figure destroyed its fleet of Figure 02 humanoid robots by having them leap into a 75-ton electric arc furnace in Finland. The company deemed the units unmaintainable and sought to protect proprietary actuators from leaks. The remains are now being sold as metal bars.
