Quantum time reversal achieved in new experiment

Scientists developed quantum control protocols that can make quantum systems appear to move backward in time. The research, published in Physical Review X, uses measurements and feedback to reverse the arrow of time. A measurement engine was also created to harvest energy from quantum measurements. The work builds on Maxwell's demon thought experiment.
