US probes Foxconn over AI server patents

The US International Trade Commission opened a patent case against 20 companies, including Foxconn and Luxshare, regarding power systems in AI servers. Vicor filed the complaint on Friday, claiming infringement. Luxshare stated on Saturday that the probe will not materially impact its production or results as products are not in mass production.
