Samsung Unveils 256TB SSD for Data Centers

Samsung Semiconductor introduced the BM1773 and PM1763 drives at the Global Memory Innovation Forum 2026 in Shenzhen. The BM1773 offers 256TB capacity with 4.5GB/s read speeds, while the PM1763 reaches 64TB with 28.4GB/s speeds. Samsung also announced V10 NAND featuring 400+ layers and zNAND-O for edge AI.
