South Korean President Lee Jae Myung unveiled a 2027 budget of 820.9 trillion won, allocating 4.7 trillion won to develop a sovereign AI model. The plan includes training 2,000 specialists and investing 21.3 trillion won in semiconductors and AI data centers.
