Synnovis ransomware breach tally grows at Essex trust

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust confirmed the Synnovis ransomware attack compromised about 2,380 patient records. The trust was informed in December 2025, months after Synnovis completed its forensic review last summer. Some data cannot yet be linked to individual patients, delaying notification.
