Gecode 6.5.0 Adds Open Variable Lists

Gecode 6.5.0 adds support for open variable lists to allow constraint programming models to grow during search. This release includes experimental search engines A and complete anytime beam search, plus open versions of regular, distinct, and sequence constraints. The update enables dynamic variable creation without needing a fixed plan length bound beforehand.
