GroundedAI closed $2 million CAD to modernize tunnel building. The Vancouver startup sells AI software for engineers to capture and analyze subsurface conditions. StandUp Ventures led the round with support from Accelia, BoxOne Ventures, The51, LOI Venture, and SOSV. Total equity funding is now $2.8 million. The company plans to grow its team from seven to 11 and expand across North America.
