Mercado Bitcoin Refunds Users After Hack

Brazil's largest crypto exchange, Mercado Bitcoin, promises to refund users after a November 2 hack estimated between $38 million and $49 million. While deposits and withdrawals remain suspended with no restart date, the exchange claims no customer data leaked and asserts it will cover the financial losses instead of passing costs to clients.
