Microsoft made Azure Virtual Desktop Hybrid generally available. Session hosts run on customer hardware via Azure Arc while brokering stays in Azure. The Hybrid license is unpriced, Windows Server needs RDS CALs with Software Assurance, and multi-session Windows is unsupported.
