Nevada granted Tesla Robotaxi a permit for 10 fully autonomous vehicles in Las Vegas, far below the 5,000 requested. Operations are limited to the Strip corridor, under 45 mph, with no airport pickups. Amazon's Zoox holds a 100-vehicle cap with paid fares since August.
