Google Analyst Infiltrated TeamPCP Hacking Gang

Google's threat intelligence group revealed that an undercover researcher infiltrated TeamPCP, a hacking gang that tainted hundreds of open-source programs and breached more than a thousand companies before two alleged members were arrested in Australia last month.
