Intel ships first High NA EUV chips

Intel has become the first company to ship high-volume logic products manufactured using ASML's High NA EUV lithography technology. The chips are a subset of Intel Core Ultra Series 3 "Panther Lake" processors built on the Intel 18A process node. High NA EUV is applied to selected layers, not the entire chip.
