NASA awarded Blue Origin a contract worth up to $700 million to build a Mars Telecommunications Network orbiter by December 31, 2028. The orbiter will relay science data, imagery, navigation, and mission communications for spacecraft on and around Mars. Blue Origin also holds a lunar lander contract from earlier this year.
