Sunday Reboot: Failed delays, late homework, and Fortnite

Apple filed its Epic Games proffer after two 24-hour court-approved delays, proposing 15% commission for standard apps, 10% for subscriptions and partner programs, and 5% for Small Business apps. Epic called the fees "far outside the bounds" of Ninth Circuit guidance.
