Oxfordshire to install 1500 public EV chargers by 2028

Oxfordshire County Council signed contracts with Connected Kerb and EZ-Charge to install over 1500 public EV charging sockets by 2028. The initiative aims to more than double current sockets, prioritizing areas where residents lack off-street parking. Plans include 7kW chargers with overnight discounts and a community microhub scheme.
