Proxmox adds full Arm64 support with caveats

Proxmox now fully supports 64-bit Arm architecture, not a tech preview. It requires UEFI+ACPI hosts and AAVMF UEFI for VMs. SeaBIOS, x86 features, cross-migration, and device-tree SBCs like Raspberry Pi are unsupported. A separate subscription is required for the Arm version.
