China-linked hackers used AI to chain PHP2Shell exploits with the Fragnesia kernel bug, successfully rooting 25 Palo Alto Networks firewalls out of hundreds. Palo Alto Networks confirmed the breach and rolled out patches for PAN-OS versions 12.2, 12.1, 11.2, 11.1, and 10.2.
