Wealth tax opposition led by ex-reformer

Ned Wigglesworth, a former campaign finance reformer, now leads Building a Better California against Proposition 40, a 5% wealth tax on billionaires. Sergey Brin contributed over $100 million to the opposition, which reserved $87 million in ads. The measure targets roughly 200 billionaires.
