Nvidia App ecosystem keeps author from AMD RX 9070 XT

The RX 9070 XT offers excellent raster performance and efficiency at a lower price than Nvidia's closest competitor. But the Nvidia App's DLSS Overrides, which push the latest upscaling model to GPUs as old as 2018 via driver updates, kept the author from switching. AMD's FSR 4.1 rollout to RDNA 2 cards stretches into 2027, while community tool OptiScaler already enables FSR 4 on those architectures.
