Ola Electric Flags Second Employee Fraud at Subsidiary

Ola Electric's FY26 annual report disclosed a second suspected employee fraud at its wholly owned subsidiary, Ola Electric Technologies. Auditors reported two suspected fraud offences involving more than ₹1 Cr, with reports filed with the central government in July 2025 and June 2026.
