Datadog expands OpenTelemetry-native observability support

Datadog now supports OTel-native data ingestion via the standard OTLP HTTP Exporter in Preview, eliminating the need for proprietary components like the Datadog Agent or Exporter. A direct OTLP intake endpoint is generally available. OTel-native data powers Kubernetes Explorer and APM workflows without transformations.
