A Supabase configuration error on February 12, 2026, at 21:12 UTC triggered a 3-hour-42-minute outage in the us-east-2 region. AWS VPC Block Public Access was inadvertently enabled, blocking all internet gateway traffic. Customers lost access to Postgres databases, Auth, Storage, and Realtime. Recovery completed at 00:54 UTC on February 13.
