Updates on CVE for End-of-Life Versions

The CVE Program rejected three CVEs (CVE-2025-23087, CVE-2025-23088, CVE-2025-23089) issued for end-of-life Node.js versions. The Node.js team now updates existing vulnerability CVEs to cover EOL releases, reflecting ongoing security risks. New CVEs will include EOL releases unless specific information indicates otherwise.
