Procore Buys DroneDeploy for $845M, Hits First GAAP Profit

Procore reported $375M in revenue, up 16%, with its first GAAP operating profit, and announced an $845M all-cash acquisition of DroneDeploy. The deal adds visual intelligence from drones and robots to Procore's AI agents, called digital coworkers, and is expected to close later this year.
