Google Meet rolls out on Android Auto for calls

Google Meet for Android Auto is rolling out widely, allowing users to join scheduled calls through an audio-only interface. The car interface strips video support and keeps the phone camera off to minimize distraction. Android phones automatically enter On-the-Go mode during calls. Users cannot initiate new calls, only join scheduled ones or answer incoming calls.
