The Guardian reveals that 29 NHS trusts listed as benefiting from Palantir's £330m federated data platform claim the system is not live or unused. While NHS England states 137 trusts are live, 29 responded they do not use the apps, contradicting claims of 117,539 additional operations and a 14.3% reduction in discharge delays.
