AWS without Access Keys

Fly.io now uses OIDC to establish trust between AWS and its platform, eliminating the need to pass around AWS keypairs. This allows Fly Machines to access S3 buckets without creating IAM service accounts. The approach is drastically more secure and simpler for developers.
