TypeSafe AI released Jev in September 2026 to return typed answers with probabilities instead of generated text. Datadog Agent Observability now uses it for online evals on live spans and offline experiments, letting one rubric score multiple criteria in a single request for faster, cheaper evaluation of production agents.
