Palo Alto Networks launched Cortex XCOR, an AI-driven observability platform built by the Chronosphere team, to automatically root-cause issues and recommend fixes. The tool aims to reduce engineer response times from 20 minutes to under three minutes by autonomously investigating alerts and mitigating incidents before human intervention is required.
