Construction crews lifted the final structural steel beam at Bally's Chicago, bringing the riverfront development at 560 W. Grand Ave. to its full height. The topping-off ceremony marks completion of the structural framework. Work now shifts to interior construction ahead of a planned spring 2027 opening.
